To your engine, a restricted air filter is like trying to run a marathon while breathing through a soda straw.  You need to provide the engine with all the air it needs to promote optimum performance.

To ensure our customers the highest quality in filter maintenance, we adhere to the following cleaning procedures:

• D & D Filter Recycling and Supplies provides a commercial heavy-duty air filter element washing and drying service.  We wash your filters in commercial washing machines specifically designed to clean air filters.  Your filters are dried in specially designed dryers.
• Our operators are trained professionals and follow proper washing techniques and inspection precautions.
• Each filter is washed with an industrial cleaning solution to provide the optimum cleaning performance.
• Each filter is inspected for holes, tears, dents, and other deformaties using specially designed inspection equipment.
• Each filter is compression tested - before and after cleaning.
• Each filter is registered and the history analyzed.  It is cleaned, dried, remarked and packaged in a new carton.
• Used heavy-duty air filter elements, after thorough commercial cleaning usually have 85% of the life of a new filter for 1/3 the cost.
